Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide: your email address and account details; birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone and location coordinates used to calculate a chart; questions, petitions, beneficiaries and other order intake; and the services, membership benefits and orders connected to your account.

Friendship and pairing features also keep invitation status, the people involved and the minimum information needed to complete the feature. Each invited person supplies their own private birth record. We do not use friendship as permission to disclose a chart.

We receive essential technical information needed to protect a session and operate the service, such as security logs and short-lived authentication or invitation records. Payment card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout; we receive transaction status and identifiers needed to reconcile the order.

How we use information

We use information to create and save your private record, calculate and deliver the reading or ritual service you requested, manage orders and payments, apply membership or spend benefits, provide friendship and pairing features, prevent abuse and keep an auditable record of transactions.

We process account and order information to perform our contract with you. We use information for security, service integrity and lawful record-keeping where those interests do not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.

Birth records, charts and pairing

A complete birth chart belongs to its subject. It is not shown to a friend, spouse, family member, purchaser or beneficiary. An accepted friendship enables relationship features only; it never grants access to the other person's birth record or complete chart.

For a pairing reading, the buyer and invitee receive separate privacy-shaped views. Neither side can retrieve the other's birth details or complete chart. Only the final relationship interpretation intended for both parties is shared.

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose only what is necessary to infrastructure, authentication, payment and professional service providers that help us operate the service, or when disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, fraud prevention or the protection of users and the service.

Because our customers and service providers may be in different countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Local privacy protections may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

Storage and retention

We protect information with access controls and encrypted connections. Sign-in uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie; private birth records, raw invitation links and payment details are not placed in browser local storage.

We keep account and service records while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet tax, accounting or legal obligations. Short-lived authentication and invitation credentials expire according to their security purpose.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained where the law requires it. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Privacy and support requests are kept as private account case records for staff review. We first confirm identity and consider legal or retention obligations; this page does not automatically delete or export account data.

Children and professional advice

The service is intended for adults. Please do not create an account or submit another person's birth information unless you have the authority and permission to do so.

Readings, timing guidance and ritual services are offered for personal reflection. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other licensed professional advice.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised notice will be published here with a new last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate account or website notice when that channel is available.
