Keep private details in private support
Members can open a private support case from their account. Please use the secure order or support area for birth information, photos and reports. Never send passwords, login codes or full card details by email.
Who operates the two sites
Sage Song and Altar Wish are operated by Tender Tech, with operations in the United Kingdom and Taiwan. Sage Song focuses on Chinese metaphysics readings and chart access. Altar Wish provides traditional ritual services performed on your behalf in Taiwan.

For questions about access, correction or deletion of your information, contact customer support or open an account support case. We will confirm your identity before releasing or changing private records and explain any legal or retention obligations that apply.
